Black Student Achievement Program
"Be Successful And Proud."
The Black Student Achievement Program (BSAP) serves the HCPSS through research and demonstration of effective practices of achievement equity and the achievement of Black Students. As such, BSAP personnel operate within research-based parameters of integrity as they perform services at the county, school, and student levels. BSAP of the secondary level assists middle and high school Black students with meeting identified educational, career, personal/social competencies. The ultimate outcome is for Black students to be prepared to excel as leaders ready to conquer the challenges of the 21st century.
